Does laser vision correction last a lifetime?

Yes. You will generally maintain your full vision after laser eye treatment for life. However, deterioration can occur. Most people who experience deterioration already had very high dioptric values before the treatment. Furthermore, laser eye treatment does not protect against presbyopia; it is inevitable, and everyone is affected sooner or later. Refractive lens exchange is the most suitable method for correcting presbyopia. In addition to presbyopia, we can prevent you from developing cataracts with a lens exchange.
